Hello Everyone,

I’m Kelli and a writer. I write SEO marketing articles for HSBNW, Inc., Tattoo.com, Lead Market, freelance work and I write Romantica books. I love to write. I love it so much I can pretty much write about anything. I’ve written about things I never thought about writing.

I wasn’t always a writer. After college, I was a social worker. I first started my social work career as an Americorps member in Gang Prevention. I met some interesting people and found myself in less then desirable situations. Gun fire is scary and the inner city, well, not so safe. I’ve worked with gangstas, juvenile delinquents, people on welfare, drug addicts, alcoholics, and People living with HIV/AIDS.

Social Work was an interesting experience. I looked into the eyes of murderers and they were just kids. I had a lot of sad experiences and many memorable ones. The experience will always stay with me. And despite what people represent on the outside, whether they are homeless, drug addicts, criminals, they all have stories. Sad stories and if you take the time, you find out they are much more then just a homeless person, drug addict or criminal. I left social work after my mother died. I couldn’t work in such an emotionally draining profession anymore. My mother’s death changed many things in my life and in me. But her death opened me to just live your life. Live life like there is no tomorrow. And let those you Love know you love them, every day.

I’ve lived in Denver, Colorado for ten years. I briefly lived in Texas for 4 years. Work sent my husband and I to Texas and it didn’t agree with us. We love the outdoors and mountains. Texas’ climate was just TOO HOT for us, so back to Denver we came.
I’m an outdoor kinda girl. I hike, bike, ski, jog, etc. I run my 3 big Rotties everyday and they get a walk at night, too. I’m a BIG fan of The Dog Whisperer and believe in the Power of the walk. And being the Pack Leader to my Rotties. My experiences with dogs have made me a believer in Cesar’s way.

I’ve been married for 10 years, but my husband and I have been driving each other crazy for 15 years. Hee hee. He’s my best friend and the one I can depend on. We’ve experienced a lot of ups and downs, but what relationship hasn’t. He’s the best person I’ve ever met. He’s very giving, understanding and open-minded.

Hmm, what else about me. I’m just a silly girl most of the time. I like to laugh and have fun, but not a party gal. I’m too old for that and too busy. I do like to go to museums, hang out with friends and family, go to the movies, watch movies, cook when I have time, and of course write.
